A $350 security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee, and is fully refundable assuming the house is not left damaged or excessively dirty (see rental agreement for details).

Virtually all island rentals increase during July and August. Our fee stays the same.

In 35 years owning the Stella Bella we have never used a realtor to obtain rentals
(island realtors typically add 15%). The savings is passed on to customers.
